The services of this section are:

The integration of the entire grating production process and the products resulting from them allows us to control the quality of each production process and ensure the adequacy of the final product.

After punching the parts by presses equipped with PLC system, the belts are pressed together by special press or by GMAW welding.

In the next step, the parts are cut according to the size and request by a special saw or CNC grating cutting machine (the only sample available in Iran) and are ready to be sent for the final welding stage.

Welding and finishing of parts

After the cutting stage, the gratings are welded with a frame resistance welding machine or GMAW method based on their dimensions and geometric shape, and after the required cleaning and grinding, they are inspected by the quality control department.

Quality Control

In the next stage, the parts are cut according to the size and request with a special saw or CNC grating cutting machine (the only sample available in Iran) and are ready to be sent for the final welding stage. Packing and shipping

After the final grating controls, the parts are packaged according to the customer's needs or the relevant instructions, and the parts sending list is prepared so that after the approval of the inspectors and the employer's esteemed representatives, the parts can be loaded and shipped to the employer's site.
